Not A Law Firm

SpanishLegal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The service provides intake, translation support, document organization, AI-assisted reports, workflow tools, and specialist-matching support. Legal advice is provided only by licensed legal professionals.

AI And Human Review

AI can make mistakes, miss context, or misunderstand documents. SpanishLegal may use AI to structure your matter, summarize evidence, and draft reports, but AI output is not legal advice. Important deadlines, claims, filings, contracts, rights, and decisions should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, uploading documents you have the right to share, reviewing summaries before relying on them, and keeping your account access secure. Do not use SpanishLegal for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent activity.

SpanishLegal Plus

SpanishLegal Plus is the paid case workspace and legal-referrer account. It unlocks the full intake report, evidence workspace, prepared-brief route, and lawyer-introduction workflow. The current entry price is EUR 14.99 per month unless a store, checkout page, or written offer states otherwise.

Subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and billing may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Access can be suspended if payment fails, a refund is issued, or the service is misused.

Firm Introductions

SpanishLegal may propose an introduction route based on service, region, language, urgency, evidence, and firm coverage. You decide whether to request the proposed introduction.

A firm may receive a redacted opportunity summary before receiving the full prepared brief or evidence. Full release can depend on your decision, firm response, quality review, and the firm's commercial access status. SpanishLegal does not guarantee that a firm will accept a matter, respond within a particular time, or achieve a particular legal outcome.

Liability

SpanishLegal is provided as an intake, organization, and matching service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpanishLegal is not liable for legal decisions, missed deadlines, professional advice given by third parties, firm availability, payment provider outages, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to the service.
